True Cut Ranch

Our family is passionate about eating and living well, preserving the harvest, and farming in a way that improves our 140+ acre cattle ranch here in Catawba County, North Carolina.

Raising beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, and turkey is what we do for a living plus hosting farm-to-fork meals and traditional skills workshops.

Come for a workshop, meal, or just stop by to shop when the farm store is open (Fridays 12pm-6pm and Saturdays 10am-6pm).
