Rhizome Roots

Rhizome Roots Studio offers a dynamic range of classes and community events to Build Community through Movement & Music. We are queer-women-owned business, locally based in Ypsilanti, MI. Our classes and events are inclusive for all ages, backgrounds, and levels of skill, to help realize our mission of making quality dance/movement classes available to everyone.

Everybody with a body is encouraged to attend. We are inclusive of all sizes and practice trauma-informed guiding. Wear layers and comfortable clothes, and bring a mat if you have it. (We have extra mats if needed).

Private Coaching Available Yoga Asana (Vinyasa, Yin, Restore, Yoga Nidra), Qi Gong, and Feldenkrais Method group and individual sessions available. DM us for more information.
