Hi, I’m Meena – a certified Health Coach & Mentor who helps professionals manage IBS and digestive issues naturally. I guide clients to better their health using holistic, functional methods and realistic lifestyle changes that work for busy lives.
Why I Do What I Do
My health journey began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with IBS. Rather than relying solely on conventional treatments, I turned to holistic solutions—learning about nutrition, movement, meditation, and mindfulness.
The transformation in my own health was so powerful that in 2021, I completed a diploma in Health Coaching to help others do the same. Supporting people to feel better and live with confidence is now my life’s work.
My Professional Background
Before health coaching & mentoring, I spent nearly two decades in HR and Talent Development roles across large corporations, including financial services and FTSE 100 companies. I understand people—how they think, behave, and grow.
This background means I bring empathy, insight, and a practical approach to my coaching, with a strong focus on empowerment, resilience, and inclusivity.
My Coaching Philosophy
My Hindu upbringing plays a big part in how I live and coach. The concept of dharma—living with purpose and integrity—shapes my approach, and karma—knowing our actions create our outcomes—reminds me of the power of self-awareness and accountability.
I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgment. My coaching style is friendly, collaborative, and fully tailored to your life and goals.
My Coaching Model
As part of my Executive Coaching Diploma, I developed my own coaching model by building on the widely used GROW framework. I incorporated two additional elements: Tracking and Habits.
Why? Because while setting goals is important, I believe the real key to lasting change lies in making progress measurable and sustainable. These elements are often overlooked in traditional personal development frameworks, yet they are essential for long-term success.
