Jazmin Austin is the founder and lead designer of Invyte LLC, a luxury balloon décor and event-rental company based in Chesapeake, Virginia. In less than two years, Jazmin transformed a small creative passion into one of the most recognized balloon brands in the Hampton Roads region — serving universities, corporations, nonprofits, and families with her signature shimmer walls, luxe balloon installations, and elevated event designs.

Her rapid rise is also reflected in her digital presence. Jazmin has grown a thriving online community of over 80,000 followers across her platforms by consistently sharing her craft, her business knowledge, and her authentic journey as a creative entrepreneur.

She has collaborated with major organizations, including Deloitte, Dominion Energy, Chase Bank, the Chrysler Museum of Art, Trane, Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, YWCA, Regent University, Special Olympics, and many more, building a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and unforgettable designs.

Jazmin is also the author of “Balloon Business Blueprint: The Ultimate Guide to Starting and Scaling Your Business,” created to help balloon artists build profitable, sustainable businesses without guessing their way through the industry. Beyond Invyte, she serves as Chairperson of the Chesapeake Animal Services Advisory Board and leads The Justice and Prevention Network, a nonprofit supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
