Ignara Wellness was born from a sacred remembrance, a soul call to return to the body, the Earth, and the divine intelligence that is within. It is a sanctuary for those ready to reclaim their healing, awaken ancient memory, and reconnect with their divine essence.

My path to this work has been anything but linear. It spirals through lifetimes of spiritual growth, initiations with ancestral medicines, and a devotion to the feminine as a gateway to transformation.

The healing began within me, through plants, sound, breath, and the connection with unseen realms. In 2019, the medicine of the bee arrived, activating a deep cellular knowing that would later evolve into the bee venom rejuvenation therapy we now offer. I was initiated as a channel and medium in Toronto, and over the years, I have become a bridge between dimensions—guiding others through Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), energy healing, yoga and meditations to reach altered states of awareness where the soul speaks clearly.
