Greater Boston ADHD Plus Adult Meetup Group

The Greater Boston ADHD Plus Meetup Group is a welcoming, inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming peer support organization for adults anywhere in their ADHD and/or broader neurodiversity diagnosis journey. We also welcome folks who identify as autistic, dyslexic, auditory processing disorder, or any other similar neurotypes. If you aren't sure if you belong under the broader tent of neurodivergent, but you are curious about group? Assume you will fit right in! Self-diagnosed and/or questioning is also welcome here.

We share tips and tricks related to a variety of topics including accessing resources and support, time management and organizational skills, navigating interpersonal relationships and more.

We meet twice a month virtually for our regular peer-support groups. In the summer, we also supplement these sessions with guest speakers and in-person get togethers. While the majority of us are based in the Greater Boston area, we welcome members from all over!
