D-Essential Training for Professionals

D-essentials Training for Professionals is a new training arm created by Deaf-initely Women. We offer tailored professional development courses for frontline staff and professionals working in domestic abuse, safeguarding, social care, and community services.

Our focus is on improving awareness and skills when working with Deaf, BSL users, deafblind, and hard-of-hearing individuals. We understand that every situation is different, which is why we also offer bespoke training designed to meet your team's specific needs.
