Communities That Care Ltd., is a not-for-profit training and consulting company. It is the sole licensed provider of the Communities That Care process in Australia. Communities That Care Ltd is working in Australian communities and in Timor Leste to build community capacity for prevention. The company vision is to promote the healthy development of children and young people through long term community planning to prevent health and social problems.
