I am a real estate investor, fund manager, and founder of Pathwaize, an AI-powered platform built for real estate investors.

I started investing at 22, and since then my wife Jamie and I have raised over $19 million to acquire more than 900 single-family and multifamily units, including 200+ flips, while being recognized as a top growth leader at eXp Realty with over $90 million in transactions.

I built Pathwaize to solve the problems I faced in my own investing business: missed calls, inconsistent follow-up, and duct-taped tech.

Now I help wholesalers, flippers, and landlords centralize their operations and plug AI into their business so every motivated seller is answered and followed up with automatically.

Outside of business, I’m a Christian, husband, father, extreme fitness junkie, and licensed private pilot, and I bring that same discipline and long-term mindset to how I lead and mentor other investors.
