Her work is rooted in helping women heal their past, step back into their power and expand their awareness to newfound clarity, freedom and joy. She offers 1:1 and group sessions. She holds a weekly Sunday Sound Bath helping people recharge, recenter and deeply heal their mind body and soul. She is the founder of the Sound Healing Membership, an online studio where you find curated sound baths and meditations for all needs and different lenghts. The SHM has grown into a beautiful online community of like-minded people who help and empower each other along their healing journey.
