Alzheimer Society of Durham Region
The Alzheimer Society of Durham Region (ASDR) is a non-profit, charitable organization founded in 1979 by a group of family caregivers. ASDR’s mission is to improve the quality of life of people living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias and their care partners. ASDR provides a variety of programs and support services, including 1:1 and group care partner support, education, recreation/social activities and an adult day program for those living with Young Onset Dementia. Services are provided in both English and French.
