The Rosedale Centre
The Rosedale Centre is a secular community space offering a diverse range of programs in music, arts, wellness, education, and social connection. Throughout the year, it hosts children’s and family programming, adult and seniors’ classes, concerts, art exhibitions, lectures, and seasonal events that bring neighbours together—all grounded in a shared commitment to human flourishing. In addition to its public programs, the Centre provides accessible rental spaces for performances, meetings, celebrations, and private events. We work in partnership with local artists, instructors, educators, and community organizations to ensure the building is actively used as a place of creativity, learning, and connection—daytime, evenings, and weekends. The Rosedale Centre exists to serve the community: to make space for people to gather, to try something new, to care for one another, and to support human flourishing in everyday life.
Located in the heart of Toronto, The Rosedale Centre shares one welcoming space within Rosedale United Church, offering two complementary streams: faith and community. Together, they form a vibrant neighbourhood meeting place dedicated to connection, creativity, and the well-being of people of all ages. The introduction of The Rosedale Centre expanded the use of this historic building as a community resource—offering inclusive, secular programs that respond to the needs and interests of the surrounding neighbourhood. Whether someone arrives for a concert, a class, a volunteer opportunity, or a community gathering, the focus is the same: creating space for belonging, learning, and shared experience.
The Rosedale Centre is an affirming and inclusive space where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, ability, background, culture, gender identity, sexual orientation, faith, or life experience. For more information, contact info@rosedalecentre.org.
