Sharon Ringier
Sharon Ringier is an award-winning entrepreneur, business strategist, and founder of the I'm Possible Women's Empowerment Collaborative, Inc., and The Possible Woman Magazine. With over 20 years of experience in event planning and business development, Sharon has become known as the "Queen of Business Development."
Before starting I'm Possible, Sharon owned a successful boutique wedding planning company that expanded to include social and corporate events. She also served as the Chicago Chapter President of the Event Planners Association, where she was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2014 for her dedication to helping small businesses in the industry.
In addition to her event planning success, Sharon is a published co-author of "Socially Smart and Savvy" and has been recognized for her influential work in business, including the 2020 Daily Herald Business Ledger Influential Women in Business, the 2020 Top 90 Women in Business Blog & Websites for Women Entrepreneurs, and the 2020 List of Influential African American Business Women You Should Know On LinkedIn.
Inspired by her experiences as a small business owner, Sharon founded the I'm Possible Women's Empowerment Collaborative in 2018. Through this community, she mentors and empowers female entrepreneurs to set and achieve their goals and create alignment in their personal and professional lives. Sharon also runs a women’s empowerment collaborative where female entrepreneurs can brainstorm and mastermind their most pressing challenges.
As a speaker, community builder, and small business alignment strategist, Sharon helps aspiring women entrepreneurs grow and maintain six-figure businesses. She is passionate about helping women of all levels gain clarity and create their legacies.
