Hi,at Donna Green Art & Therapies we offer many services to help you relax and take time for you.Our UNIQUE to us HAMMOCK SOUND BATHS are our newest addition .Its like floating on air & combined with the sound is an experience on another level.

We also offer airbed sound baths which is an alternative to laying on the floor ,so a more comfortable experience .Both the hammock and air bed sound baths take pressure off the joints & body, helping you relax and feel cosy,ready to accept the sound vibrations.

PAYF ,Pay As You Feel is another sound bath we provide.These are brilliant if you have never experienced a sound bath or are a little strapped for cash .We leave it up to you to give as much as you like.This is done via a discreet box on the way out ,you can leave £5,£50 or £500K if you wish haha!!The reason we do these is so that everyone gets the chance to experience the amazing sound baths and how they may help you.They give chance to have an hour just for you ,in pure relaxation .The benefits of soundbaths is something that we would love everyone to experience ,so these are a great way to start your sound bath journeys.You are required to bring your own mat,blankets,cushion set to these as we do not provide these on PAYF events .
