Founded by Joe Henson, LMFT (#143459), Sunset Coast Family Therapy provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach rooted in Bowen Family Systems Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We specialize in supporting families navigating challenges such as technology addiction, anxiety, relational conflict, and teen behavioral concerns.
