My vision is simple: I want to bring the body back into balance. I create spaces where people can slow down, release tension, and rediscover stillness in a busy world. I know from personal experience how hard it is to regulate the nervous system. Yet even a few minutes of calm can be priceless for our wellbeing.
Through the healing power of sound and meditation, I dream of guiding others into rest, restoration, and reconnection with themselves. In addition, I hope to share these timeless practices while embracing a life closer to peace and nature.
My work blends trauma-informed care, Mindfulness, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Tibetan sound healing to gently support nervous system regulation and holistic well-being.
