Soma Sessions
Hi, I’m Robyn, a trauma-informed somatics and dance movement therapist based in Melbourne.
I guide women back into their bodies through nervous system-focused movement, breath and body-based tools. My sessions are designed to be gentle but powerful, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at home in yourself.
We spend so much of our lives in our heads. And for many of us, especially those carrying trauma, the body hasn’t always felt like a safe place to be. My aim is to gently bring you back into your body and offer tools you can use beyond the session - to help you move through whatever challenges you’re facing.
I created Soma Sessions to offer safe spaces for expression, healing, and real connection with yourself and other like-minded women on a healing journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, grief, trauma, stress, burnout or simply want to feel more you, you're welcome here.
No dance experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to move.
