These are all free and focus on making it easier for organisations to develop retrofit plans that not only attract funding but also meet the needs of residents, create more comfortable homes and support decarbonisation commitments.RISE also offers support to those across the retrofit supply chain, enabling suppliers to better meet the needs of customers and the sector as a whole.RISE is a Government-backed service, offering support across England. It is fully funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero, the service is delivered by Turner & Townsend.
