Diaspora Family: Generational Workshops

Ancestral Constellations explore Diaspora transgenerational family life. It is a therapeutic approach with an Indigenous ritual edge.  It is also an ancestral practice.I have developed this modality for Diaspora families and communities, drawing on my personal and professional experience as a family constellations practitioner and indigenous African ancestral guide.In my personal life, I am on a journey to reconnect to my Caribbean family heritage in South America and my ancestral lineage in West Africa.I have over 30+ years experience working therapeuticlally in organisations and specialist knowledge working with BIPOC individuals, families and communities.Facilitation and ConsultationI facilitate ancestral constellations workshops in-person and online. I also offer one-to-one consultations and small group sessions with between 2-4 family memebrs who want to come and do their family work together.My vision is to bring more people of colour to constellations work as it offers a different perspective from many talking therapies.
