Customer Contact, the Belgian Customer Contact Association and DNCM, Do Not Call Me, present the big Future Of Telesales seminar. We invite all telesales professionals to join us for an interactive afternoon in De Malt in Boortmeerbeek to discuss the status of telesales in Belgium, from a legislation point of view but also in regards to the quality of the commercial customer contacts and the future of telesales as such.
Hans Cleemput, director of Customer Contact, will explain the guidelines for commercial customer contacts as put forward by the Association, the status of the European e-Privacy Directive and what role the Belgian secretary of state for Consumer Business will play in op-out telesales…
Burt Riske, president of the DNCM vzw, will present the current status of DNCM and the do’s and don’ts within this legal regulation.
We will present inspirational use cases of future-proof telesales.
And we will end the seminar with a debate on the possible need for a Telemarketing Code in Belgium and how to engage the telesales sector to live up to this Telemarketing Code.
