This is a program consisting of 4 webinars. At the end of the four webinars you’ll receive a Pauwels Consulting certificate. Limited places for this one! We aim for a small group with interaction & knowledge sharing.

You cannot register for 1 webinar, you have to register for the 4 webinars. So register for each webinar of the series.

  2. February 9th – 17h30-19u – Communication & stakeholder management: Ensuring regular communication to involve, inform, guide and succeed.
  3. February 23rd - 17h30-19h - Change management : Know how to stay in control throughout the project regardless of what may happen.
  4. March 2nd - 17h30-19h – Time management :Take time to manage your time, it will improve your productivity hugely.

Speaker: Darren Booth. Lives in York UK. Has a passion for people and their development, the satisfaction gained by enabling an individual or team to realise their potential is wonderful. Started his own business to follow the passion for developing others in 2017. He has 30 years industry experience at senior levels. Trained senior managers across multiple businesses. Trained the trainers and assessed assessment centers within Apple, Ikea, The Arcadia Group and many more. Led Graduate Training Schemes in Arcadia Group and Apple from initial onboarding to shaking the hand of a new manager. A trusted advisor with all teams to establish understanding which gives the best relationships and outcomes.
