This workshop is an opportunity to connect with the gestures, flavours and smells of our ancestors through cooking over a wood fire.
About this event
Discover different fire and cooking techniques as well as simple and original recipes.
You'll learn how to :
* light a fire without matches
* cook on a plancha
* make an underground fire
* use a Dutch oven
* use iron and cast iron for cooking
All-tough we might use some wild edible plants, this will not be the focus of this workshop.
What to bring :
* clothing for the outdoors (and adapted to the weather)
* a pocket or kitchen knife
* a water bottle
What’s included :
* vegetrian meal
* all the equipment for outdoor cooking
