What is an innovative culture and how to measure and improve it? Discover the Team Climate Inventory and boost performance and innovation!

About this event

The collective behaviours and values of a team or organization determine its innovative performance. But what defines an innovative 'culture' and how to measure it? The University of London developed a 5-factor model of innovation, resulting in the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) measurement tool. A validated framework to assess the innovative strengths and weaknesses within the organization as a starting point for improvement. During this webinar, you will discover the what and how of the TCI, including a framework for organization and team development.

Q&A

Geert De Wael has a degree in Applied Economics at the KULeuven and a Master in Marketing at the Vlerick Business School. Before Geert founded The Forge with Michaël Van Damme in 2014, he started his career in sales at IBM, then became CFO of tvbrussel and Operations Manager at Sanoma. His areas of expertise include leadership training, communication management, managing innovation projects and coaching public speakers. He is also an experienced Keynote speaker who is not afraid to use humor.

Michaël Van Damme has a background as Experimental/Organisational Psychologist at Maastricht University and a PhD researcher at Ghent University. During his PhD he worked for the Centre for the Development of Creative Thinking (as facilitator of innovation processes) & Ghent University (as a researcher). His expertise lies mainly in the Science of Innovation in groups and organizations, group dynamics, communication, charisma, humor and idea selection. In addition, he is an experienced Keynote speaker (e.g. TEDx) and coach of public speakers.

Peter Buytaert is the Chief Responsibility Officer of GLO (Good Leaders Online). After 15 years in corporate leadership (President Agfa Graphics Asia), Peter followed his passion of entrepreneurship and leadership consulting. Over the last 10 years, he has coached and mentored more than 100 senior executives across the world, as well as facilitated leadership programs on change, collaboration, fair process, feedback, VUCA strategic thinking and other bespoke modules. He lives currently in Brussels after 25 years residing in successively Hong Kong, Tokyo, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and shanghai. His life purpose is to develop wise and responsible leadership.
