About this event
Ensuring secured access to and responsible handling of raw materials, such as minerals needed for the energy transition, has become a true matter of priority interest for companies operating in global value chains. From the automotive to the construction sector – all industries are faced with the importance of securing the supply of raw materials. More than ever, sustainability goes hand in hand with strategies to navigate supply-side constraints and access barriers, whilst living up to rising expectations on responsible supply chains.
This afternoon, HIVE Responsible Sourcing Experts organizes a Strategy Lab to support business and government thinking and decision-making regarding raw materials sourcing and trading in the current context of strategic and sustainable supply chains.
It focuses on business and policy perspectives, and offers insights on the current challenges related to secured and responsible supply chains: - Business perspectives, challenges and options
- Market insights and realities
- (EU) Policy developments
For whom?
This interactive Strategy Lab is open to all interested, particularly representatives from business, associations, governments, academia or other stakeholders interested in or dealing with raw materials, global supply chains and/or the energy transition.
More information about for example registration, can be found on this Eventbrite page, as well as the LinkedIn page.
