An intimate Midsummer Night

The event is completely adapted to the Covid-19 regulations by the government and the special event Matrix. The most important thing for us is to create a SAFE party experience and/or environment.

Will it be different? Yes

Will it be weird? Maybe

But this is the only possibility to gather for a similar event the next months, maybe even the entire year… So let’s be thankful for this opportunity and make the best of it.

We, for sure, will be happy to see those familiar faces again.

You need to register online with name + telephone number.

The capacity is VERY limited, so be on time. Start sales: Friday 17th July starting 11am.

Your identity will be checked at the door. Please bring your ID!

You will be asked to take place around a table (bubbles) of max 10p. First come = first served. There are standing tables, as well as tables/boxes where you’d be able to sit down available. Beware, special boxes with seats need to be reserved upfront, therefore please check our ticketing page.

SAFETY MEASURES

* Your temperature will be checked upon arrival. People with fever will be asked to go back home.

* We will provide latex gloves and sanitary gel.

* You will be asked to show a mask upon arrival. If you don’t have one, you’ll be able to buy one. Without mask = NO entrance. Masks are obligatory in the bathroom. On the dance floor it is not obliged to wear it, but still recommended.

* It is not possible to change clothes in our locker room, only to put away your stuff quickly. Because of that shirtless is not an issue, but we kindly ask you to keep your pants on. Underwear will not be accepted as a main outfit.

* You will be asked to leave smartphones in the car or in the lockers. If we catch you taking pictures or filming, you will be asked to leave the club immediately.

* It is not possible to bring extra guests. We have a very strict maximum capacity. 1 person more can cause a problem with the license of the venue, so it will not be allowed

* 01:00 is the closing of the club. This can not be changed + will be monitored by the authorities.

IMPORTANT: This is a try-out. The organisation as well as Ikon will try it’s best to make this event as safe as possible. If we succeed in pulling this off, we will be able to host more events during the next months. If not, it will probably be over for the rest of the year. So most of it depends on your behaviour. Please respect the rules, please respect us and help us create a sane event environment.
