This foundational course is intended for FinOps Professionals with previous experience running FinOps on other clouds. After this course you will have a foundational knowledge of how Google Cloud Platform (organisational structure, IAM, billing & core services) and the tools available in GCP to get started with FinOps on GCP.
FinOps is the practice of bringing financial accountability to the variable spend model of cloud, enabling distributed teams to make business trade-offs between speed, cost, and quality.
In this course teaches you the fundamentals of Google Cloud Platform and practically applying it to GCP using the tools available in the platform.
