Breathwork is a practise and a journey that allows us to go deep within the hidden realms of ourselves and all that is. Breathing with awareness allows us to drop fully into the present moment, in a timeless space full of potential, be it for release and healing, for 'aha' moments and insights that come from beyond our usual level of consciousness, or for expanding into the field of pure love and peace. Anything and everything is possible on a Journey of Breath. We surrender to our very own breath as guide and teacher, in a safe space held by the facilitator, so we can truly allow for the process to unfold as it will.

Under the light of this Full Moon, you are invited to join us on an expansive journey of Conscious Circular Breathing, along with the presence of the Spirit of Rapé. During the ceremony you will have the option to receive Rapé, a sacred medicine from the Amazon, made of ashes from various medicinal plants, to further purify the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being along with the breath. This medicine is known for its grounding, heart opening and vision expanding effects and works beautifully together with the practise of Breathwork. It is applied with a Tepi - traditional serving pipe - into the nose of the receiver, with a pure positive blow of breath by the facilitator. This is optional for those who feel called to work with this medicine in the session. It is completely safe and non hallucinogenic.

In this ceremony we will go through a beautiful blend of meditation, gentle movement and pranayama practises, before ending with a journey on the wings of our own breath

Recommended is to abstain from food at least two hours before the ceremony. You may bring an eye cover with you and some extra layers to be nice and warm as you lay down to breathe.
