Some organizations have quickly adapted to the lock-down measures : they have moved into virtual mode, redefined their priorities, reorganized their teams, implemented new ways of collaborating... in short: they have managed to maintain the quality of their services. Others however – two-thirds in our experience – have been caught off guard: employees feel lost, teams are disoriented and working relationships/processes are deeply disrupted.
