Hi there!

Join us for the Free Breathwork and Meditation Workshop on Wednesday to take a break and have that #MeTime we long for amidst all the day-to-day tasks, responsibilites we !

We will start the session with looking into the tendencies of Mind, how Breath can help us to have a say over our thought process. We will then do the Breathwork together and dive into meditation.

No prior experience with meditation or breathwork is required.

We will also look into the tendencies of the mind.

A quiet comfortable space, with a blanket (or something light) to cover yourself, a water bottle, and a stable internet connection will go a long way to relax fully and also help you to take the maximum out of the 1.5 hrs you plan to spend to gain access to inner peace.

This workshop is also an introduction to the Meditation & Breath workshop (earlier known as Happiness Program) by the Art of Living foundation.
