This three-day event is open to Blockstart and SETsquared members and prospects. Over three information-packed half day sessions, you will focus on digital innovation opportunities and how to plan for growth.
The workshop will focus on what makes a business model work and will reveal new ways to create value for your customers and generate additional revenue. To do this you’ll be using the Business Model Canvas and many established innovation tools in interactive sessions with expert coaches. It will give you the knowledge you need to create a clear roadmap for developing and testing high-potential ideas.
