Supervised by Vincent d'Harveng (Start Today), a Nordic walking instructor with more than 12 years of experience in physical preparation and personal, will give you the rhythm and tips to make these 6kms the best of your week!
During this course, in addition to the practice of Nordic walking, you discover two things that can change your daily life:
The Silversquare experience: You will visit 5 coworking spaces, 5 different atmospheres, 5 spaces with different members, all with the Silversquare vibes. Thanks to this tour, you are able to see where you feel best to work, meet, exchange, live!
We stop for 15 minutes in these different coworking spaces to get going again!
You are surrounded by 20 people with different experiences, with whom you socialize, network and concretize your future actions during this inspiring walk!
We will finish the walk around 4.30 pm, at Silversquare Europe, where a drink for athlete (even if you are only a Sunday athlete) is organized to get your strength back.
