33RD IMPCA EUROPEAN MINI CONFERENCE

Excellent occasion for executives of companies to meet each other in surroundings that are conducive to open discussions. As in previous years, excellent Networking opportunities have been included in the programme to allow for business development.

The speaker programme will focus on the current issues in methanol markets.

The mini conference will be of interest to methanol producers and consumers; traders; distributors; transport and logistics companies; ship-owners; terminal owners and operators; port authorities; consultants; in short, operations managers of companies involved in the production, handling, movement and consumption of methanol and derivatives.

The official language for the conference is English.

PARTICPATION FEE FOR THE 33rd IMPCA EUROPEAN MINI CONFERENCE

• EARLY BIRD tickets valid until March 26, 2023 for members at 570€ and for non-members at 970€
• REGULAR tickets valid from March 27 to May 30, 2023 for members at 670€ and for non-members at 1,070€.
• ON-SITE tickets valid from May 31, 2023 for members at 850€ and for non-members at 1,250€.
• SPOUSE/COMPANION tickets are available for 220€

Please note that the spouse/companion category may only be used to register a person who is a wife, husband, fiancé(e). Co-workers, colleagues, business partners or clients are excluded and must register as member/non-member.

Registration fees and German VAT are payable in EURO after completion of the registration process. In a separate e-mail, you will be receiving an invoice with the stated ticket amount plus German VAT.

NOTE ON REGISTRATION TO THE MINI-CONFERENCE

Preferred method of registration is through the IMPCA website https://impca.eu/IMPCA or directly via our conference page at https://European-Mini-Conference-2023.eventbrite.be. Registrations and payments must be finalized not later than May 30, 2023.

The number of available places is limited. Registration will take place, upon receipt of registration fee, on a “first come, first served” basis.

The registration fees include:

• Attendance to the conference and an electronic version of the presentations (in English)
• Access to the list of registered participants containing contact details
• River cruise fees and transportation to/from Living Hotel De Medici to/from River Cruise departure gate
• Food & beverages during the River Cruise
• Standing breakfast on Friday morning
• Attendance at the Conference on Friday morning
• Coffee Break on Friday morning
• Farewell Lunch after the conference on Friday

The cancellation policy for the meeting registration is as follows:

• Cancellation received on or before April 30, 2023: 50% refund
• Cancellation received after April 30, 2023: no refund

Please note that you must book your own accommodation. IMPCA has a limited number of reserved rooms at the Living Hotel De Medici Düsseldorf. The rooms are available on a first come first served basis until March 31, 2023.

AVAILABLE HOTEL ROOM CATEGORY

Single Business Plus is available from May 30 to June 2, 2023 at 179 € / room / night, incl. breakfast. Please note that an upgrade to a double room is subject to an additional charge of 30 € / room / night.

Delegates must settle their bedroom charges with the hotel upon departure.

CONFERENCE

Companies who wish to distribute corporate documentation are welcome to do so and facilities will be available at the conference.

Before traveling and attending the event:

IMPCA's responsibility:You should be aware that covid regulation is in your responsibility. Before attending the event make sure to be aware of all the covid restriction of your own country and the country you are visiting. IMPCA won’t take responsibility for your journey. IMPCA retains the right to ask delegates for a valid COVID-19 negative test before granting entry to the meeting and restaurant facilities.
