22km along the Schelde river in a natural reserve close to Antwerpen

You can only attend this hike with a valid ticket bought on Eventbrite! This event if for adults only.

The meeting location is Brussels-Central train station at 9h00 under the big sign with the train times. We then take the train at 9h11 direction Antwerpen, switch trains at Antwerpen-Berchem to the train to Puurs and get out at Hemiksem train station. This hikes ends at Hoboken-Polder train station.

This hike is not a loop! But the stations are on the same train line. You can buy a round trip weekend ticket to Hemiksem to cover both rides.

We should be back in Brussels by 18h at the latest.

You'll need to show your Eventbrite ticket for the hike when you join the group at the station. Tickets are refundable until 24 hours before the start of the hike. This hike is for adults only.

Our speed will be moderate to fast. This means you should have recent hiking experience and be in good shape. You'll need good hiking shoes or boots, and plenty of water (1.5L minimum) and your lunch.
