In case of a cancellation by the participant, 50% refund of the fee up to one month before the symposium. No refund will be made if the cancellation request is postmarked less than one month before the start of the symposium. All tickets can be transferred within the same company or organisation

Registration deadline

The deadline to register for our symposium is 21 April 2026. Onsite registration is not possible.
