Sound Baths (with Meditation or Yin Yoga)

I’m Paulina – modern healer in a modern world. In fact, I’m using holistic practices like Yoga, Dance Meditation (my original class), Sound Bath and more – giving you an opportunity to detach from the busy world you live in, bring tranquility and joy.I teach ISHTA Yoga in a style of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. As an acronym for Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra & Ayurveda, it is the essence of balance and harmony. But, as my previous background comes from dance, I usually incorporate other movement styles (Somatic, CI, BMC and Contemporary) into my teachings. Especially in my Dance Meditation that you can find in Studio 303, Downtown Montreal.In my classes I prioritize the healthy exploration of the body with care and support. I put strong emphasis on proper alignment to ensure a safe environment for your practice. Having previously taught in Berlin (Germany), Milan (Italy), and my hometown Poznan (Poland), I now reside in Montreal, happy to share my knowledge. Unlike the name, I give you more tools than just yoga to cope with stress. My teachings include: Yoga, Dance, Breathing exercises, Meditation, Reiki and healthy nutrition. Recently I have started to dive into Sound Bath and healing frequencies to deepen my calming practices and give you peace like no other.
