When you attend one of TWP's events expect an immersive experience of fun, movement, community and leaves you feelingEXUBERANT!About Damien:As the founder ofThe Wilding Project (Australia), and co-founder ofWild Living(Canada), Damien's innovative approach to outdoor fitness blends functional movement with deep nature connection practices.Damien teaches his nature-based movement methodology in Melbourne and in Western Australia at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge about the intersection of physical wellbeing and environmental connection.His work earned him recognition on theTEDx platform, where he shared his vision for reconnecting with nature through embodied movement practices.With over a decade of experience leading immersive outdoor programs across Australia and internationally, Damien is currently completing hisPhD focused on outdoor movement and nature connection.His research explores how movement practices in natural settings can enhance physical health, mental wellbeing, and ecological awareness, creating pathways for sustainable human-nature relationships.
