We are urban planners, urban designers, historians, architects, arts enthusiasts, and community builders who love Atlanta and want to make it known for exceptional urban planning and design. Office of Design, under the Atlanta Department of City Planning, includes the City’s Planning, Public Space, and Historic Preservation teams. The Office of Design's mission is to provide leadership in the planning and design of our city to create an exceptional public realm and, ultimately, a city that all Atlantans can be proud of.
